Shipping

All orders are shipped directly from Japan, with worldwide delivery available. Standard air mail is used for shipping, and delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks after dispatch. Please note that customs procedures may occasionally cause delays.

Shipping costs decrease significantly after the first item, with additional items usually adding $1 or less each.

Smaller orders may not include tracking, and tracking services may not be available in all countries.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
If the return is due to reasons other than damage or an error on our part, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
